Radiator Fans causing Car to shake

My Radiator fans are kicking on every 10 seconds and then spinning down after about 10 seconds. When they come on, they cause my car and hood to shake. Should they be spinning up and down every 10 seconds or so?

It's the AC condenser fan most likely. Does it stop if you turn off the climate control? If so this is a known issue and I don't know that there are any work arounds.

I don't even know if I would call this a problem either. All tsx's and probably automatics in general exhibit some additional vibration (though not always perceptible) when the A/C fans kick in.

what do you mean by turn off the climate control? Is that a specific button on the A/C system?
