I have a 04 tsx and it wines a lot the noise is steady. I have replaced the upper o ring on the psteering hose and gotten the replacement hose through warranty...But still noisey whiny noise.

Anyone else have suggestions..I have clean fluid etc...

 

Just taking a stab, but it might be the alternator. I had a whine from the engine compartment, and it ended up being that.

I also have a 2004.

*edit - just saw your other post indicating that you got a new alternator already.
