Power Steering Pump

I have a 2004 TSX and have noticed a little bit of buildup on the seam of the pump. Is this normal or should i order a new pump.

maybe change the fluid? but then again, the maintainence schedule doesn't say what intervals PS fluid should be changed, if at all.

Any time you get fluid on or around the pump seals, the pump needs replacing. Very easy repair if you have a couple wrenches and a turkey baster to suck fluids out.
