My wife and I went out to dinner last night inthe TSX and heard a strange wooshing noise that sounded as though it was coming from the dash area. It wasn't the fan for the heat nor the radio. Then I noticed if I turned the steering wheel all the way to the right or left momentarily, the noise went away. We headed back home right away suspecting a power steering problem although the steering was fine.

As I cut the wheel to go into the garage...BANG! and smoke everywhere, I thought the car was on fire. Turns out something blew back between the engine and the firewall and dumped all of the power steering fluid everywhere and ultimately all over the garage floor. I'll call the dealer Monday and have it towed but has anyone had a similar problem? I supose a ps hose or the steering rack blew.
