oxygen senor

are these good O2 sensors? are they really any different from the $200+ oem sensors? Also, is the downstream o2 sensor compatible with the upstream sensor? or are they different and wont work?

Yes, the two sensors are different (most obviously, the length of the cable)

No, you cannot interchange them.

Personally, I'll only use OEM or Bosch.

Same here. Stick with OEM. I've heard of people replacing these shortly after they replace them if they don't go with the OEM ones.

Try Rockauto for prices. They sell Denso among others.

OEM or NTK brand are acceptable and work.
Stay away from Bosch on any Honda.

That has been my experience with several Hondas I've maintained over the years.
