Oil and PS fluid "seepage"

my sister took her car to dealer for oil change. during their routine inspection, they found the following:

Found power steering fluid seep
Found engine oil seep

proposed solution was:

Replace valve cover gasket
Reseal power steering pump

does this sound right to you guys?

dealer quoted nearly $700 to get this done and i'm not so sure that'll solve the problem.

car has 81,xxx miles and all oil change was performed at dealer with full synthetic oil since 15,000 miles. car did have UR underdrive pulley set (crank, ps, alt) for about 30,000 miles.

Sounds like typical service rep BS. PS pumps tend to have some "weepage" w/ dirt accumulation. Suggest to pass on their advice and monitor for a real leak.

Valve cover could be result of someone dripping oil from dipstick. Again monitor for indication of a sustained leak.

good luck
