"Not an Ashtray" cover is messing up

My "Not and Ashtray" area cover is messing up, or at least it was today. If I go to close it, it will more often than not, stick down in the FULLY pressed-in position, leaving a gap above it (like it doesn't spring back the 1/4" to become flush with the other panels).

Seems a bit sticky although nothing striking. Anyone else have this problem with any of these little flip covers?

Any suggestions?

yeah that happened to mine too, just don't press down to hard when closing it and it'll spring back to the right position. i'm so used to it now, it never gets stuck anymore.

Had the same annoying problem. I had the dealer replaced mine.
