New transmission, new problems?

My automatic TSX jerked while going from first gear into second. Took it to the dealer and they said I would need a new transmission. I have the car back after a month of being @ the dealer. (It was month due to other issues) I started the car, popped the hood & looked at my transmission. Looks new. Now as soon as began to take off, everything seemed to be fine. Going about 40mph, came to a complete stop and took off again. That's when I noticed the same jerk. Now it didn't happen all the time but enough to notice through out the day.

I took the car home at 9pm that night and didn't drive it till 11am the next day. I let the car warm and drove it. Taking off, the car reved high not wanting to go into 1st gear. When it did go into 1st, it reved high again and finally went into second. It did this till third gear.

I had the car on for about an hour and stoped at a red light for 5minutes. I took off but the car reved high again and didn't go right away into first gear. But it went into second with no problem.

Do all these instances seem normal for a new automatic transmission? I had my car since thursday the 21st and it's been 4 days!

Mechanics, know-it-alls, new transmission owners, dealer people- I need feedback here! My car is driving me nuts!

I don't think that's normal. I would just take it back and have the dealer fix it again. Btw, did you check the transmission fluid level?

Definitely take it back and have them fix it properly this time. Make sure to get a loaner!

I definetly do not have much fluid in there! I checked it 5 times! OMFG! Made an appointment for tomorrow.

Is there anything else that could be the issue of the car not going into gear? I know there might be some issues with connections...
