Nav System Error

I am getting an "DVD Disk Reading Error" message occasionally when first starting the car. Usually shutting the car off and then restarting it takes care of the problem. It is still under warranty. I am going to let the dealer fix it. It would be nice to know if others encountered this and what they did to fix it.

Have you tied taken the disk out can cleaning it? Might want to give that a try before making that trip to the dealer.

I've had this error message pop up while on the road. I've had the dealer take a look at it but since it occurs so randomly for me, the dealer never sees it happen. The worst was when I had to eject, wipe down, and reload the dvd a few times before it would read normally.
