Is there any reason why my Nav would show me places many thousands of miles away when I do a search for lets say a restaurant or a car dealer or store? It doesnt seem to want to show me local options?

Mine does the same thing and I find it to be very annoying. I love my Nav, but the search features and such are not helpful to say the least. I'm sure there must be a trick or two that makes it easier to get it to produce the results you're looking for.

 

I am glad it was not just me! Theres no pattern in the way it finds places, sometimes its in California or sometimes IL, I live in Florida This cant be normal?
