my new accord CL9 got problem with steering

my new accord CL9 got problem with steering
i got airplane sound when the engine is running especially when i turn my steering wheel... i should be some kind of electrical problem, is it?
it sounds like "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.eeeee.e.eeeeeeee eeee eee.eee"
higher pitch when i trun the steering wheel... i got 1016KM on the meter only, honda sucks?

Since it is new, then it is under warranty. Take it to the dealer.
It is likely something rather minor -- perhaps even a belt that is slipping.
Next time -- buy a good car that doesn't suck -- if you can find one.

yea man, i booked the time already, just wonder if you guys got the same problem before, someone told me its because of the power steering fluid
