My car pulls to the right, Probable cause?

From the first day, my car suffers from a PULL to the right (Euro R), not a Drift. The sterring leteraly has a light force pull to the right, and i constantly needs to couter back. I noticed that the steering turns from both side are unequal, meaning, that, i have 1.5 turn to the left, and 1.75 turn to the right. I also noticed that from a stand still, truning left requires more force than turning to the right. Could this be a cause of the pulling since the axle might be leaned to the right?
I have tested my friend EuroR, and his drifts to the left, without any force. Noticed his has equal turn on both sides too.

I think if you are under 13000 miles the dealer will align the car under warranty..

Sounds like you need an alignment. Have you hit any big potholes lately or bumped anything pretty hard with one of the wheels?

Because of this problem, i have done several alignment. The only thing that can be adjusted is the toe, which is fine now. Everything falls under spec with minimal variations between sides. The only problem is the back, where the right camber is totally out of spec. I remember that my old civic had worst camber setting and variation between sides, and it did not pull like my Euro R.
Any thoughts?

As long as you're on a level surface, and you're sure your tire pressure is at the proper level, it would have to be something to do with the front end I'd think, or the rear camber issue you mentioned.

Hmm...I would start by checking tire pressures and then checking to make sure that you don't have any bent parts in the suspension. If that still doesn't cure it, have the wheels mounted and balanced on one of these (http://www.gsp9700.com/) that has the StraightTrak LFM system.

From your description, I would think that you have a bent suspension part somewhere that is throwing off your alignment.

There is a TSB on the rear right upper suspension arm causing the camber to be out of spec. TSB is 06-007. Dealer will replace arm & realign.
