maintanance required sign on

maintanance required sign on

i changed my oil due to mantain light is on. changed my oil and the sign is still on. i added more break fluid cause it looked low. still the light is on. i added water to my radiater. still the sign is on. what can it be? plz help

You need to manually reset it. Go to the oil percentage display and press and hold the reset button for like 10 seconds. I'm not sure what else you press after that but a different display will pop up. Scroll to "reset" and press OK (don't know which button that is either but the display will tell you).

If you have a 2004/2005, with the key in OFF position, press and hold the RESET plunger near your speedometer. While holding it in, turn the key to ON (not start!) and wait 10 seconds. Release the plunger.
Turn key back to OFF and then start the car -- maintenance light should be off.
