i just notice that the maint. light is blinking more then usual and then it turns off when i turn the car on and my mileage is almost at 9000.

 

It's giving ya the warning that your 10 k miles maintenance is coming up. Soon it will stop blinking and be solid. If you want to turn it off, the intructions are in the owners manual. It's pretty easy to do. Since I do most of my own maintenance, I just turn it off. And welcome to AZ
