Don't touch them!

That's the way it legally has to be.
It's 100% normal.
We here call that the USA OEM beam pattern.
Or rather, and better, the RHD beam pattern.
Meaning cars that drive on the right side of the road need that pattern.

Our lights are very bright, as you know.
They need to be lower on the left hand side so they don't blind
oncomming traffic. They can be a bit higher on the right hand side,
for better visibility of your own lane, so they are a bit.

That's the way it should be, everything is normal.

If it was like that already, and now it's even lower, there is a place you
can adjust them. But we'll deal with that later if needed.

i dunno if the op is talking about the same thing that i am but, i too have an issue with balancing the projectors. see the story is, i got in a lil accident and most of my front had to be worked on. and i noticed that my left projector(or whole housing) is crooked compared to my right. i dont kno if its just the left projector or the whole housing because the hids are the only reference i have, the highbeams, i cant tell. so im wondering if the projectors angles are adjustable or not

You can raise/lower your projectors by turning a little knob within the assembly. I believe instructions are within the manual.
