I recently ordered tanabe Sustec Pro II, not knowing that the product is out of stock.
I've repeatedly emailed everyone from JZ Performance, up to now not one email back.
There are NO phone numbers listed, there is an AIM id but nobody responds.
Has anyone had any problems with this company.
Any ideas, Please Help.

i payed via debit/Visa
but my card wasnt charged yet

 

i tried ordering from them too. i kept checking the order status and it said "pending" for like 2-3 weeks. finally the satus went to "credit card declined." what a crappy company. i sent them a few emails too w/ no response. order them from mr. heeltoe. better service and cheap prices

 

I never order from places online for car parts anymore without first sending them an email. There are two many random websites online selling car parts.
