Intermittent headlight problem

The passenger side low beam bulb appears to be dead- but I will just turn the headlights off and back on and it will sometimes come back on. The bulb color looks normal, I am reading that they usually go pink before dying, I will check the fuses first, but anyone else have this problem?

your ballast is going out. Time to replace it!

According to the description but It doesn't list an OEM part number so I can't confirm. 33119-SCC-003

I'm not sure if that ebay listing is an OEM one either.

Before you throw any money at it, it'd be best to swap the igniters (from driver's side to passenger) then the ballasts to determine which is bad. I don't see igniters going bad as often as the ballasts but YMMV.

I would try swapping over the bulbs first as this will only take you minutes to do.

If that doesn't work then as thoiboi mentioned you can begin swapping over the igniter / inverter but this will be more labor involved such as removing bumper and headlight assembly.

Had the same thing (intermittent passenger head light) happen to me during summer of 2015. Had some other work performed engine bay and it's been working concistant ever since. I believe it was a loose wire or bad connection. Good luck!
