The black triangle piece between the inner door panel and the a-pillar...

To remove it (for front door panel removal), should I pull up, or out, or towards the back of the car, etc? There isn't much space between this peice and the door panel.

Out and up. There is a metal spring clip towards the center of the panel - that pulls out - and a plastic hook towards the bottom - that comes up.
