Humming sound at aroung 80km/h / 50mph
I have a strange humming sound coming from the front end somewhere. It sounds like a resonant or harmonic note of sorts, and it is only really noticeable at around 80km/h +/- 10 km/h, or 50mph +/- 5mph.
I'm lowered on Tein H-Tech and haven't really had this noise before. It sounds like it could be a wheel bearing, as I've heard a similar sound on my old Integra and it was the bearing. However, it doesn't get louder or disappear when doing slalom-style turns, which is usually a sign that it is a bearing about to go if it makes different sounds during this test. My noise is constant whether turning or going straight, as well as with the car in any gear or popped into neutral (6MT, by the way).
I'm going to check the tires tonight to ensure they're filled to the right psi. It's been getting cooler here so maybe the tire pressures dropped enough to induce tire noise?
Hopefully that's all it is, and isn't a bearing or a CV axle. Anyone have other ideas and things to try?

OK I checked the tires -- all pressures were perfect (34-35psi is where I like it and have always kept it).
I did pay closer attention this morning on the drive to work, and it seems the noise is actually coming from the REAR of the car. It's one of those noises that seem to change where they're coming from as you turn your head. But I am 95% sure that it's coming from the rear. Is this pretty much chalked up to a wheel bearing, or could it be something else?

I have this noise on my '04 TSX as well, I have brought it in to an Acura dealership to have them take a look at it, but apparetly, it's normal and the sound is from the Drive-by-Wire system? They are probably BS'ing me, but they said that they heard the same noise from their loaner TSX too, so they didn't do anything about it.
There are other people that are reporting this type of noise, I think under alternator whine or something.
Since I'm not that much of an auto tech, I don't really know what the problem is either.
