How to resurface the rotors??

How to resurface the rotors??

Hi All,

Has any one did resurface the rotors on your own instead of doing at a shop..

If so what tools are required ?? Do i neet to get them to a shop or can i do it on my own.

Do you have a disc brake lathe at your house?

I thought not. Take it to the shop.

This is what Honda/Acura recommends and it's the only way to make sure you get the rotors perfectly true.

The local autoparts store in my hood does it for $12 per rotor.

$48 for all 4 vs. lathe for $1,749.
