How to fix paint gouges

I have a couple scrapes and gouges in the paint on my front and rear bumpers. 06 CGP. Anyone have advice on how to fill in the gouges and scratches and what paint to use to cover them?

Also have some chips and scratches. Bought some touch up paint but I think I'm going to ask one of my friends to help me do it who has done it before.
