How do i fix a spongy/ soft clutch???

it started feeling very spongy after i got a clutch squeek fixed.....and not stiff and direct like how it used to feel in the beginning when i bought the car, is there some type of spring in the clutch pedal that was probably damaged when they were trying to fix the creak??? what should i ask acura to fix to make it feel stiffer and less springy....

There's one spring, from what I can tell, that is attached to the clutch pedal. It's the "Clutch assistant" spring, part number 46907-SDA-A01. It's #15 at the top center of this pic:

There's another spring in the master cylinder but it's a "pin spring", so I don't think it's something other than a spring that puts needed tension on a pin or fastener.

My best advice would be to go back to the dealership that did the clutch work and tell them that the squeak is gone (?) but since then, the clutch feels spongy and strange - definitely not how it did before. See if they can fix it, since they "broke" it.

Check the fluid level and bleed the clutch. You almost definitely have air in the line. Just go ahead and flush all the old fluid out while your at it. It only takes like half a bottle. If that.
