hey, im having a problem.. when i tried to take out my acura badge the white peices got stuck on the hole how do i take it off ??


should i just take the ones off my honda and reuse the ones thats stuck in the hole ?

you can reuse them, or you can pull the liner off the trunk (couple of plastic screws and 2 plastic bar things you slide and pull out. reach in and push out from the back

 

I recommend removing them and using the new onces. the logo will fit tighter and more secure.

Well look at the windows on your Acura and it will say Honda. Everywhere else in the world they do not have Acura's. And our TSX's in the rest of the world are Honda Accords.

Yes that is true. But it still makes no sense to me to convert an Acura to a Honda. If someone made a Honda into an Acura people on here would flame them to no end on these message boards.

They are Acuras in this market for a reason.

 

ncsu-tc, its a matter of personal preference around here, and it pays respect to the car's true lineage as a japanese sedan. The conversion is not for everyone (heck, I don't even like it) but for the fans of it, the badges represent what they feel about the car.

Feel free to post your impressions / likes / dislikes, but the "why" question has been bantered around for so long, its getting very old.

 

call me a proud dork then. I love my ACURA TSX just the way it is. If I wanted an accord I would have bought a honda. If I bought a lexus should i debadge it and put toyota camry on it. Or a infiniti and put nissan on that. I think if I had a tsx in europe and a honda accord euro ?here I would look more like a dork. No thank you on the tl-no 6spd anymore would have to get the tl-s ( too much money for me)

 

Then get the car imported from Japan. Rebadging it makes it a posser. If it is supposed to be "JDM" then it should be rhd, right?
