HID Beam

I know the previous thread addressed that the beam cannot be level, but anyway I felt that the driver side was shining much brighter so I adjusted it. I know it was shining brighter because I could see it in the back of cars. I also had someone in front of me take a look while I drove around and they also agreed. Also every bump I hit I know for a fact that the driver side is much brighter. I know the projector has color shifts due to the design, but I know the driver side flickers and almost looks like high beam wether I'm driving around or hitting a bump, etc. I swear when I adjusted it the cutoff line before it was even. So the driver is supposed to be lower like others have said? What could be the problem? Could it be a sign of the HID bulb going bad? I will be taking it to the dealer, but I didn't want them giving me BS about just me seeing things. Im new to HID lighting and the TSX, I bought it used in Nov of last year for 26500 with navi with 20k miles. Anyway any input would help alot.

maybe you could take a picture of your beam pattern shining against a wall or garage door so we can analyze it.
