I have a 2006 TSX with Navi, and the battery died on me today while washing and waxing my car (not really sure why). After charging the battery, I entered the code for the navigation system and everything there seems fine. However, when I try to turn on the radio I continued to get the "Code" error up where the time/radio information/climate control temperature usually display. I realize that the radio has a seperate code, but I was under the assumption that you would press the "Audio" button and then press the appropriate preset numbers to enter the code. Nothing displays for me when I press the Audio button.

How am I supposed to enter the code? The owner's manual is pretty vague; it just says to press the icons to enter the code...

Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 

WOW same thing happend to me like 2 days ago. i was washing my car and i was getting ready to leave the car wouldn't start and all the dash panels light were flickering. so i bought a new battery and the radio wouldn't turn on. when i bought my car it didnt come with an owner manual. so i just took it to the dealer and it only took them 5 minutes to unlock. so i would say safe bet is to take it to your dealer and they should be able to unlock it for you.

 

You use the radio tuner knob to do it. It's the one on the right. Dial in the number you want, then push it to accept the number, then go to the next number, rinse, repeate... Took me half an hour to figure it out first time I needed to.

 

The power windows will be disabled on all but the drivers one i believe. just push the little button on the panel on the drivers door, i think it's just the lockout.
When i killed my battery i had no problem at all resetting the radio, but it took me a couple days to realize my windows were disabled.
