So much for reading the instructions in FAQ telling you not to post there!

Come on give him a break...his new car is messed up and needs help right now. Explain your problems...you'll get answers for most everything you post.

Different states have different Lemon laws - so if you are really having actual problems with your new car rather than just annoyances ie: rattles, etc - check into what your state says about "lemons".

Anyway, please build a list of the problems, and let's see how we can help you. If you want to look into the possibility of lemon law action, you need to know what steps you should take first. Search Google for Lemon Law + your State.

They fixed air vent on the first week, fixed sunroof on the second week, changed a new glove box on the third week, and changed a holder of the glove box today. There's some nosie coming from the engine when the car is cold. Noise from the air vent.

sorry to hear about your problems...when i got mine originally it was a black one..the day after i took it home i noticed a small swirl mark on the side...i took it back and complained about it...they took it and gave me a white one for a rental..while they tried to get rid of the swirl mark...to make a long story short...they had it for almost 3 weeks and i wasnt satisfied so one night the general manager called me up and asked me what other color i wanted....they ended up giving me a new one without any hassels...i ended up with a CGP...and they threw in the front body kit for my troubles...i had the about 3,000 miles on the black car and put almost 6,000miles on the rental...so i was happy...anyways..good luck with yours...hope you get it resolved...

There is a good reason for this: As long as they keep fixing the problems, they are not entitled for a buy-back.

If and only if:

-They fail to or refuse to repair a problem,

-The unrepaired problem(s) cause a hazard to the occupant's security, and/or affect negatively the resale value of the car,

amongst other things will they be obliged to replace the car under Lemon Law.

Personally, I think the issues you are describing are so minor (even though they may be annoying) that even if they couldn't repair the car, you wouldn't even have a case for Lemon Law. It seems unfortunate for you, because you seem to be looking for a way to get rid of the car.

If you're so unhappy, sell the car and go buy yourself another car. But I suspect you're bound to experience the same distress with any other car since you seem so nitpicky.

There's some noise coming from my rightfront dashboard. They repaired it three times, but the noise still there. Did they fail to repair?

They haven't pinpointed it yet. It's not like there's only one part in there. Maybe if you were more specific as to which part was causing the noise, maybe go test drive with the tech so he could know exactly what you're talking about.

Anyway, I'm sure that just a minor trouble like that would never even come close to qualifying for a buy-back. It has to be of some sort of significance.

Could it be the window-seal creak problem that a lot of owners have? If so, it's a pretty straightforward fix.

I did test-driving with tech several times. Every time, they said they heard it, but they can't fix it well. Also, there's noise coming from my sunroof. They put the tape around the sunrood to eliminate the noise. I asked them fix my sunroof without tape and noise. They told me tape or sunroof. I have to choose one. So if I want to keep original looking ... I have to hear the noise. If I don't want to hear the noise. I have to keep the tape around the sunroof.

did you remove all belongings when you did the testdrive with them?? remove everything. grab a couple of paper towels, fold in half. stick it halfway thru the glovebox and close it so that half the towels are sticking out. test drive and see if you hear the noise?

well obviously it ain't fixable w/o the tape, duh. just let them add the tape, it's not going to change the appearance of the car! i had the sunroof rattle, Curry Acura used tape on the inner edges and i don't even see it!! they also lubed the hinges.

sounds like you should drop this car and get a lexus...

You still got ripped. You do realise that's 10,000$ over MSRP for a base model right?
