Help identify this engine part in my CL9

Circled in red.

Somehow it missing the screws to bolt it down and is just sitting on top of this plastic tube. Looks like some type of resonator but I could not find it in the parts diagrams.

Just need help identifying it, if possible, somebody post the parts diagram so that I can order the missing screws.

Thanks!

That's the intake air duct that flows air down into the resonator. According to the service manual (I haven't looked on my '05) there aren't bolts securing it but 3 plastic "bastard" clips like the ones that secure the under-body guard.

I'm not sure what year you have but for an '05, the clips are called cowl top clips and have p/n 91505-SL0-003. On this parts diagram:

they are number 17.

Very weird -- I just noticed that the SAME part on my car had fallen off this morning (while at a Honda dealership picking up a new grommet for the hood prop). The clips are damn near impossible to get to stay, so I might just keep the damn thing off as I have a cold air intake anyways. I kinda thought it was a piece to shield the back of the headlights from water but it appears now to be a leftover of the OEM intake. Off it comes!

If you're running an aftermarket CAI, this part doesn't serve much of anything.
