Help!

I hear wheel rotation noise when driving slow. I hit a pothole on Thanksgiving and bent two rims. I replaced one rim and two tires (front and back) and had one rim fixed with heat. The noise sounds like it is coming from the front right side (one of the rims I bent and the one I had fixed.) I only hear the sound when driving slow... like when coming to a light or stop sign. I had my brakes checked right bofore I hit the pothole and they said that they were fine. I do not hear a roaring noise. The nose is aligned with the rotation of the wheel.
