Hi all.. So, the LOCK actuator was bad on driver's side door of our 2004 TSX. Hubby(A pretty efficient DIY'r, replaced it, and it works! Yah! But now, the door won't latch right(or barely at all) BOO! HELP! Suggestions? What did he do wrong?

 

This happened to me when I replaced the actuator on my passenger door. My guess would be that the long metal rod that connects the door handle to the latch is bent where is goes around the rear edge of the window glass. Unfortunately he will have to disassemble the door trim and pull back the vapor barrier to see if this is the case
