From what I remember in another post, there's a technical service bulletin for that problem. It's due to a defective part.

Are you still in warranty?

My car is technically in warranty, but I'm worried they are going to blame it on the fact that I have aftermarket amps and everything. I need to figure out how to approach this so I don't get completely screwed and blamed for the outage when clearly it had nothing to do with my amps or anything.

Aftermarkets will always affect your claim. Perhaps your best bet would be to convert them to stock temporarily?

This is absolutely not true. If the dealer tries to deny warranty service get their reasons in writing as they are legally required to uphold the warranty unless they can prove that your aftermarket mod was responsible for the failure. Given that there is a TSB acknowledging this problem they will not be able to do that if OP's VIN is in the correct range.
