Headliner Rattle

Does anyone know what sits between the headliner and the roof above the passenger sun-visor. Something is slapping around up there over bums--sounds almost like a twang sound and it's starting to drive me nuts! Thanks!

Look at JaTe's post that says headliner buzz/rattle fixed. Maybe that will help you.

I just took down the front half of my headliner on my 04 Accord Coupe, which I assume is very similar in many regards to the TSX. The headliner is about a 1/8" thick piece of spun fiberglass. The back is just rough. Then there is NOTHING, then the metal roof. What you hear slapping around is likely wires. There were many bunches running around in above my headliner. I fixed the rattling by shoving sheets of craft foam in there and sticking some adhesive felt here and there. If you are a DIY type of guy, don't be afraid to peel things back to take a look around.
