Anyone out there know how to adjust the Headlight? My friends are keep telling me that my light looks like High-Beam and I get that alot from other drivers too. Is there anywayz to adjust the height of the light?

Yes if you open the hood and take a look where the plastic cover is that sits right above the front of the grill, there's holes on both sides. And if you look closely it will say U(arrows)D. Take a long, and I mean long screw driver (phillips) and stick it in there and turn in the down direction. But I must warn you that if you do that, Honda mentions that must headlight aim on HID's are set so that they aren't suppose to be level in the first place. Since it's projection headlights it's supposed to be curve to give the best results. If anything bring it to the dealer cause they can tell if it needs to be aimed.

they come aligned properly from the factory. don't change yours just because other drivers don't like it, they probably don't know what HIDs are and think they're brights.

Other drivers tell you they look like high beams because they stare at the blue light. Plus, the projector headlight with the distinct beam cut-off results in a more flash affect when the beam passes through the viewing area. Halogens are more progressive so you don't feel the effect as much. I wouldn't worry about it. Unless you've played around with your headlights recently, it should be fine.

No I haven't played with my headlight at all, but it just bothers me every time other drivers flashes at me. Normally I wait for them to pass me and "Take this!! Bitach!!!" and turn on the real High-Beam. I guess....I'll just leave it alone ^^

You know what you do, activate your auto dim mirrors. Those highbeams won't bother you as much.

That's one of great fetures in TSX, However, my Headlight can't be bothering me, but bothering the others...now that is a problem.

I thought mine were too low so I just turned them up yesterday and MUCH better now I can see. It was a piece of cake to adjust them.

Mine were set too high from the factory. They were so high that they were shining straight into the rear of the car in front. After the dealer told me they couldn't be adjusted I used the headlight setting instructions from the Helms manual and took them down using the adjusters as they were too high to spec. Now they are much better. If they shouldn't be adjusted why is there a) an adjusting screw and b) instructions for doing it in the service manual?

you might want to get the specs and adjust yourself. mine were too low according to Acura Specs.
i belive the adjustment is to:
park the car 25 feet from a wall. measure the heighjt of the center line of the headlignt,(there are marks on the lense)
then measure the distance at the wall and the light should be 1" lower than it was at the headlight itself.

I thought for sure someone would chime in here and complain how they wished the TSX came with autoleveling lights.

I wouldn't have much trust in a dealer that tells you they can't be adjusted.

ok Where are these holes at? I just went to my garage and opened the hood, I see a hole for the u(arrow)d but when you look through the hole, there's no screw for the philips screw driver to adjust anything, am I missing something?

I recently had my headlights replaced due to condensation. I know and have adjusted the headlights vertically but now I need help on how to adjust horizontally. My headlights are aimed a little too much toward the midline. They look like / \ from the drivers seat. I need to adjust them so they're more parallel. Any suggestions?
