Ok here the situation: My Dice has been giving me problem for about three years now. I had it replaced twice and still no change. The problem with the dice that I have is that it will not charge my Ipod classic. Sometime when I hit a bump in the road it will stop playing for a while like its a CD player. Well I bought an the Isimple from a member on here. Well anyway I had it install yesterday and this time it charges but will not play. He did everything right on the install but nothing has changed.
Is there anyone having the same problem or is it just my car. Please help me out becasue I don't want to spend more money on another brand.
I have an 04 TSX non Navi.

Ahh the Isimple is a bit complicated to get it to play. You have to adjust the mode via the XM button. Have you read the manual? If you follow it word for word, you will probably get it to work.
Basically press the XM button and turn the knob (left or right, doesn't matter) on the right. You should see the display on your radio change.

From what I know and hear so far, AUX and IPOD have the same sound output. I just put mine on IPOD cause I have a nav and I like seeing what songs are being played.

Canadian models and the 04 USDM model don't have XM so doesn't show the option for text. Afaik the rest of the operations are the same but not sure. Reaching the IPOD part might be different. Hopefully someone with an 04 can chime in and help you here.

Some tips. (2005 non-navi)
The Isimple lets you select IPOD/SAT/AUX1/AUX2 shortly after you change from AM/FM radio by pressing the XM button. Shortly after you press the XM button, the radio display will show which input has been selected. Turning the radio tuning knob during this brief time will step the display through IPOD/SAT/AUX1/AUX2. IPOD and AUX1 will play Ipod audio through the audio. SAT will play the XM satellite.
The difference between AUX1 and IPOD is whether the steering wheel controls will operate the Ipod. In the AUX1 position, you will have to use the Ipod controls to select tracks. In the IPOD position, the steering wheel control CH+/- will move the Ipod to the next/previous track. I believe the VOLup/dn will always control the volume.
(AUX2 will play the audio sent in through the second set of jacks - RCA connectors).
The DISP button on the radio will change what appears in the display from the Ipod. I haven't completely figured it out, but some of the DISP settings show artist, track name. In other presses, I see a time display - I think its time into the track. In any event, keep pressing the DISP button until you see something that you want.
