gear 2 to gear 3

Hi , has anyone experienced a problem switching from gear 2 to 3 once maybe in a hundred times? It's not a mechanical problem but it just doesn't feel right and scares me somehow.
Now is about 7000 miles.

sometimes, it wont go in all the way and have to give it a try few times, like twice or three times.

No prob with 2-3, but sometimes I get stuck trying to go to reverse and have to push down lightly on the shifter to ease it back to neutral.

2 to 3 and backward

Yes, backward gear does not allow you to shift to sometimes, but thats ok. But gear 2 to 3 problem gets more frequent. It's still working, just not as smooth as before.
