As opposed to the B-series engines of the past, the K-series engines do not have en external fuel filter. The one for the TSX and RSX is an in-tank filter that does not need maintainance/replacement. The filter lasts the life of the tank. This sounds crazy, but it is true. If Honda intended it to be serviced, they would not have made it accessible through removing the rear seat and lifting the liner above the tank to get close to it. Previous filters (using the B-series as an example) were located at the end of the fuel line just as it met the fuel rail, making it simple to exchange.
