Front Panel Falling off!!!

hey guys, i have a question about my 06 TSX WITH a-spec body kit.

my "front bumper under panel" is almost falling off, and i need some assistance. it's the black flat rubburish/plastic panel that covers the engine and almost the front side of the car.

here is a picture (it's the one marked by black arrows.

And i'm wondering if this is the part for it. I'm looking at number 5, the whole assembly.

Also to those owners who did a-spec body kit installation themselves, is that black panel same part as the one WITHOUT a-spec bumper?

thanks guys,

Are you missing a fastener to hold that part up?

no i bumped into a curb and it literally has fallen off the car.
the holes where bolts go in are all peeled off and so i cannot hold the panel to the car.

the only way is to get another panel to replace, and i was wondering if that is the correct replacement piece.

Check your NAPA store for "fender washers" - they're about 1-1/2" outside diameter and might be large enough to cover the ripped plastic.
