I have a 2004 TSX without the navigation system. When the sun shines on the radio display at certain angles, I see long, horizontal scratches all over. Is there anything I can do to get rid of, or at least lessen the visibility of, the scratches?

you might try brasso polish. i use it on my ipod screen and watches. i bought some at home depot.
