A few issues...heated seats, rear seats, mirror signal

My heated seats don't work on either side. The light comes on when I hit the switch, but there isn't any heat.
What could be the problem?

How do you lock the rear seats?
I put them back up, but they don't lock in.

My singal indicator buit into the mirro does not work. It looks like there is some condensation inside. Is it possible to take the mirror apart and check it out inside?
ANyone have step by step instructions on how to take it apart?

Was your car ever in an accident or have any major work done to it? It's odd that all these things aren't working. There's a plug under the seat the connects the heater. You might check if that's still connected.

For the back seats, just find where the catch is and push firmly against the seat right there. If it still doesn't want to click into place, the latch might be broken.

What's the history of this vehicle?

Yes, it's an accident car that I just picked up.
I got the rear seats to snap in. I just had to slam them a little harder.
I'll check the plugs under the seat. Are they easily accesible?

Yeah, you can see them from the back seats. I might suggest having an Acura dealer take a look at the car as it doesn't sound like the repairs were exactly top notch.

I actually had some test the passanger's seat and that's working.
The driver's side isn't.

In the TSX I just bought ('04 with 72000 mi), my driver's side heated seats don't work either. I first noticed when the LO power light would light for the driver's side, but the HI power wouldn't. I fished under the center console and the connector is attached properly, allowing both lights to function properly. But, the seat still doesn't heat! No problems with the passenger side.
