Dead Battery after 2 wks Idle

My battery is completly dead after not driving my TSX for 2 weeks. This has happend twice to me. Dealer says they can not detect a current drain. This time the key was left in the ignition (garaged). Can not recall if the key was left in the last time this happened.

Anyone else having this problem?

I know it is hard not to drive the TSX for 2 weeks but I am away on business.

I have experienced the same thing - I don't drive my car unless weather is good so it spends a lot of time in the garage - takes about 2-3 weeks and battery is dead. Just learned to put trickle charger on it occassionally while I am out tinkering with it

If you're going to not run a car for 2-3 weeks diconnect the battery. Remember things like the clocks and other systems always pull power. Not much but enough if it sits for 3 weeks.

And it will only get worse in the winter. Either disconnect it or trickle charge it.

Not if the car was sitting over something conductive that grounded it to the ground.
