D.Side glass off of the guides - need help... **Fixed!**

Driving home this morning I hit the autodown for the window and all of a sudden the glass comes off of the track!

I removed the door panel to get a closer look and noticed that the pink adhesive substance has dried. The problem is that when the glass goes down, it tends to get stuck on the rubber window guides and the actuator/motor just goes down without the glass...

(I tried some generic adhesive but that didn't work at all)

Can anyone suggest a super adhesive that'll cure my problem? any glass experts here? I've noticed various products from 3M...anyone suggest a particular glass adhesive? ...off to Autozone...

Thanks guys in advance.

Well, i know it's been only a shade under 30 mins since I posted, but i just came back from Autozone and bought some epoxy - 1500psi high strength. Let's see if this works...

alright, it seems the epoxy is holding up just fine. The window/glass is holding up lovely; up and down without problems(so far). We'll see tomorrow when i drive again, i hope everything is gravy

Thanks Yummie and i haven't any problems yet.

...i am curious to see how this epoxy holds up after a few seasons test. Anyone know exactly what type of adhesive that pink substance is? It's automotive glass glue of some sort i'm assuming as glass shops may use...
