hey guys... my dad and I found out one of the reaons that there are clicking and creaking sounds when you leave the sunroof open or close... try this

Open sunroof no sound

Close sunroof, but leave the slider open , we hear creaks

Close sunroof and slider together, we hear all the creaks

Testing conditions are no music drive out at 9PM on a remote parking area... and drive around.

I think... it could be that the sunroof for the car was not made well or put together right, and it might be stressing some part of the car that is connects with. I think the body of the car is too tense... therefore its the frame sorta twisting that is making that sound...

I never had door rattles, or anything, just creaking and clicks in the back.

 

If you want to solve this problem, you need to clean the exterior of the sunroof, and use some sort of lubricant on the rubber seal. I'd go to the dealer to figure out which lubricant would be best to use.
