Ok, Now what?

I have a 2004 TSX with a lot of miles so I am trying to be as economical as possible. I cracked my LCD/Digitizer and now all I get when I start my car is a bunch of colored lines and no touch response.

I have a couple of questions for you guys:

1) What is the best place to buy a replacement screen or do I have to replace the whole nav unit?

2) If I am going through the trouble of pulling it out and fixing/replacing what kind of things can I do to make it more useful (Bluetooth, USB, iPad, etc)?

3) has anyone done this repair or do you have any tips or resources for me?
