In my case, I still treated the service person the way I want to be treated...but if the he and the tech guy can't tell the difference between a warped rotor and the transmission downshifting, there's a serious issue there. To this day, I still swear I don't have 15 gears when I'm coming to a stop from 30 MPH. There's no excuse for stupidity IMO.

Ok, Guys.. I M Not Saying Acura Is The Best, But It Seems Like The Tsx I Got Was Lucky And Have Less Problems Than Canada Made Odyssey. I Agree Csr Wtih Honda And Acura At The Hq In Calif Sucks But It Depends On Who U Got On The Phone, Some Are Ok. And Will Go Xtra Mile To Get The Job Done For Me.
I Get Loaner Cars At Weir Cyn Acura. All Others In So. Calif Have Limited Loaners And Have Attitude To Customers Too.
I Got My Tsx From Metro Acura, Just Because They Got The Car, No One Else At The Time Of My Purchase. I Got No Choice. I Hate That Place From Front End To Back End And Bad Service Advisors Too.

OMG. The problem with your post is that you're trying to post in capital letters, but since a post cannot be made in capitals (because it comes by as rude per forum etiquette), it will capitalize just the first letters of each words. And it hurts to read.
