clucking sound in under the front of car
Hey guys i'm not sure from this cold winter i hit some ice on the underbody and it bent the transmission line so the gear shifter was tight.
We unbent it and problems were solved.
I'm getting odd clucking noise of something rattling.
When ever i shift the car to p - r or r- d or d to r or r to park.
It only shakes something slightly like clunck clunk
Any ideas what the sound might be coming from i'm kind of worried if something is wrong.
Could it be the underbody maybe it needs new clips?
Anyone know if anything exposed could have been punctured?

If you hit a transmission component with ice, it's possible that you did more damage than just what was visible (the bent transmission line) and that it won't be fixed as simply as just un-bending said line.
If it happens when the car's stationary, I doubt it has anything to do with plastic underbody components (ie, clips). Sorry I can't be more help but I have minimal experience with automatic transmission vehicles. You may need to get this checked out by a mechanic.
