hi folks
i have few questions about stereo system..
CD player doesnt work somehow..first time, it displayed error sign..however, after i try to reset the stereo system by restarting the battery, cd player buttons just wouldnt work...
does anyone know what this is about...?

one more quick question..
Is Dice hond/acura R3-R4 ipod kit gonna work with my car? even if cd player doesnt work at all?

Is it just the CD player, or is the whole stereo not working? Do you have AM/FM? And will it play a CD, just not FF/REW or change tracks or discs? And do you recall what the error was it displayed before you disconnected the battery?

actually, Radio works..just whole cd player doesnt work..cd wont play neither fw/rew and track buttons...
and i recall that the 'error' just shows up all of sudden while cd was playing..

wow never got it while playing the cd. but I do get the "cd error" message when trying to play a burnt cd. I have it down to a science now to get it to work in the player now. Pretty much when i insert the disc to which ever cd slot lets say slot "1". At least 6 sec's after inserting it hit the track back button two times then forward. Then usually it load the cd. I think it has something with the laser in the player. As i said only have that problem with burnt cd's.

Also you may know if the disc is going to load if you skip back past track 1 and the track number is 99, then you know it wont load.

 

I've actually had the same problem for two years now, and would appreciate a reply as well. I've been using the Dension Icelink directly into the navi headunit, but one of the wires got cut and now I only get audio out of the right speaker when I use my Ipod and since dension is out of business now would the Dice kit work with the 2004 TSX?
