Did anyone with the Navi affected by the switch back light issue experience any problems with their Navi display too?

I was driving along today and noticed my navi screen getting lighter and darker. Eventually I figured out that each time I used the brakes, the map would switch to night mode (same as when headlights are on).

When I got home I noticed a bunch of weird stuff like it only happened if the engine were running and not when it was off with the key turned to the on position.

Also, the switch back lights would not shut off no matter what I did so I disconnected the battery for about 5 hours.

When I reconnected the battery, no back lighting at all for switches next to the screen (same as the service bulletin indicates).

Weird, huh?

I dont have the navi model but my 07 center stack lights cut out randomly for a brief second then they're back then out.. and so on and so forth..

called the dealership and they haven't seen anything on the 07's regrading the issue so I would have to give them my car and they dont know how long it would be.. and they won't give me a loaner either.. grr
