CD stuck in changer damnit....

While keeping my eyes on the road, the deck sucked in a disc while I thought the load button was on, but apparently it wasnt. Now it cant eject or play any of the discs in there. Any ideas on what to do?

From the various threads I've read about stuck CD's, it's a bitch to fix. People have given up and had the CD unit replaced.
