i have an 04 tsx with the tech pack and when i got home i tried putting a cd to check the sound system, only the radio plays (FM and AM) and it just circulates through them. any help? im new to these forums. thanks.

 

the CD player stopped working on my 06-everytime I try putting them in they get rejected. I stopped trying-just glad the radio still works

 

yeah mine doesnt even do that, when i turn on the car you cant kinda hear it move around but nothing.

 

i had the same problem and what i did was take the radio apart and find out it was jam..what i think happen in my situation was that when i try putting a cd, at that exact moment i probably hit a bump must of been a minor but it was enough to jam the cd player don't remember..i end up buying a new radio from an 05 tsx and swap it..but I THINK i fix my 04 radio, im going to put it back in the car and see if i fix the problem, if i did then all you gotta do is pretty much go in there and try looking and see if something got stuck and wiggle it and you should be good to go. hope this helps

 

thank you, i will try to see if i can un jam it, when the car turns on you can hear movement in there but nothing on the screen shows up with a cd function, ill try to fix it. how much was the radio u bought? and was it with the navi?

 

yea i had the same issue..and no it wasnt with navi and i got it for 100..a member here or in the other forum was selling it because his car got into an accident. so he gave me a good deal.

 

what other forums is there?
