I found out the hard way that it's really easy to scratch the centre console cup holder door. I'm was used to laying my cell phone down in that area in my Integra. Without thinking, I set the phone down in the TSX for a day and found a ton of swirling scratch marks on the door when cleaning it out the next day. Arrrgh.

Note to self (and others): use the storage bins for all items!

mmm, thanks for headup!! i think i will put some plastic treatment to make it slipper to avoid scratch... any other suggestion?

 

I've already scratched the plasic near the shifter -- same plastic as the cup holder door. I also have a scratch on the "aluminum" trim. Is there a good way to remove/hide these scratches?
