Car shakes after new engine mount?

I had a shop change out one of my engine mounts. The problem was severly worse after they were done, I thought this would correct itself but did not after a few days so I took it back. They took a look at it and may have tightened/loosened the correct torque specs or something because it was just fine for about 3 months. We then moved and I had my car on a flatbed transport and I had issues getting the car on/off since it was so low. Now the severe reverb from the exhaust and shaking is back. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can self remedy/check this? Car is 2004 TSX.

you'll need to check your self to see if anything in the engine bay is out of place.

look at all mounts, all bolts, everything.

Were they OEM mounts that were replaced? If not... you likely got aftermarket ones that are as hard as bricks.
I made the mistake of getting "Anchor" brand, which even had an OEM part number stamped in the rubber. The car was vibrating worse at idle than when I had the Ingalls 'stiffy' dampener and an OEM front and rear engine mount!

I have a lot of experience with this. I was taking out and changing my tranny anyway, so I did all 3 mounts while it was dropped. The front one is the most critical for NVH (noise, vibration, harshness). I had aftermarket ones in all 3 locations "Anchor brand" and it was terrible. So I switched the front out with a Beck/Arnley. Fixed the vibration issue in warm weather. It still has the vacuum line attachment on it. But, the rear I kept as an aftermarket one - in the winter it does get loud and shakes the car, but in the summer its the perfect balance of sporty and soft. I actually like how it ended up.

If you want to keep the comfort of the stock car, we've tried it, you need OEM mounts or high quality aftermarket parts - if the front mount costs less than 100 bucks somewhere you're not buying a good mount.
